Mary was a rockstar agent in my recent home purchase. Not only did she find me the perfect house, she went above and beyond guiding me through my closing and even helping me move in! Mary has been absolutely wonderful to work with. She helped us find our first home in 2016 when we had NO IDEA what we were doing. She walked us through the process, answered all of our (many) questions, and connected us with great people along the way. More recently, we considered moving again and Mary gave us all the data points we needed to make an informed decision that was best for our family. Though we decided to stay put for now, I’m absolutely confident we will reach out to Mary again when we decide to make the move!

The sale was handled very well and closing was on-time in spite of a long list of buyer requests and house repairs that had to be done as part of the sales contract. There was no question that Mary was fully committed to the process and worked diligently from start to finish. We also received very close to our asking price which was very important to us. Mary acted as our buyers agent in the purchase of our house 2021. We were buying during a very hot market and Mary worked quickly and professionally to help us secure a contract. Her knowledge of the market is superb and it really helpful us arrive at purchase price were were comfortable with. She handled all of the closing details so that everything went smoothly. Mary was fabulous to work with!! My sister and I live out of state and Mary sold our parent's house and our brother's townhouse for us. She knew what was entailed in getting both homes updated repaired and staged. She is professional but also kind as both homes were hard for us to "let go".
